The Wild Dogs are a global rugby family united by a passion for the game and a commitment to competitions that fans love. Driven by values of sportsmanship, teamwork, culture and enjoyment, both on and off the field, we bring together players from more than 20 nations, including strong representation from the home nations and deep roots in Southern Africa.

Easily recognised by our signature Ndebele-patterned kit, we’ve built a reputation for a dogged, skilful and entertaining brand of rugby. Our mission is to grow a worldwide community that celebrates the spirit of the sport while honouring the traditions that shape who we are.

What began just over 8 years ago with a group of 12 players has evolved into a thriving and successful club. Our Pack has grown consistently year on year, with over 500 having donned the Wild Dogs jersey, putting in strong performances across multiple formats of the game.

Beyond the impressive growth and on-field success, what truly sets us apart is the community we have built. Players, supporters and sponsors alike form part of a connected family, each benefiting in meaningful ways, whether through tangible return on investment for our partners, lasting friendships, community contribution or even facilitating employment opportunities through shared networks.

This is something we are immensely proud of and is embodied in our core value: UBUNTU.

Ubuntu is an ancient Zulu word meaning “humanity,” often expressed as “I am because you are.” Philosophically, it represents a belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all people, a principle that defines who we are and how we operate as a club.
